Libraries Of The Enlarged Aparan Community

Abstract

This article focuses on the activities, structural features, achievements, challenges, and functions of the libraries within the enlarged Aparan community. As a result of the centralization of local self-government bodies, the newly formed community library network faces several challenges related to human resources, material and technical infrastructure, digitization, and the ability to meet user’s needs. Special attention is given to the regional importance of libraries as institutions that ensure the continuity of education and preserve cultural heritage. The article also explores new approaches aimed at modernizing library services.
