Technical Design

 

● Submit the WORD 2007 electronic version by sending it to the following e-mail addresses: Lratuarm@gmail.com

● The text must be written on an A4 format page, margins 3 cm left, 1.5 cm right, 2 cm top and bottom, line spacing 1.15 cm, font size 12 (headings 14), font Sylfaen, right and aligned on the left sides.

● It is not necessary to indent any word in the text.

● In the text, write the numbers and centuries in Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3...), in case of centuries - BC. or AD (if all dates in the text refer to our calendar, then there is no need).

● References should be made in the text according to the following principle:
– Indicate the surname(s) of the author or two authors and the year of publication in capital letters, put a comma, then indicate the page(s) (for example, ARAMIAN 2023, 16-17).

– If there are three or more authors, then only the surname of the first author should be mentioned in the above version, and the rest of the authors should be highlighted in the literature list.

– Number the second or more articles or books of the same author, with the same year, with letters of the alphabet (for example: ARAMIAN 2023a, 16-17; ARAMIAN 2023b, 16-17).

– If two different authors with the same last name have publications published in the same year, then in the brief reference, mention the first letter of their name after the last name (for example, ARAMYAN A. 2023, 16-17; ARAMYAN B. 2023, 16-17).

– If the data of the author is missing, indicate the surname of the compiler and the year of publication, then put a comma and indicate the pages.

– Separate consecutive links in the same link with a semicolon, as we mentioned in the examples.

● In the bibliography list:
– Mention sources in Armenian first, then in Russian, and then in other languages.

– After each Armenian and Russian source, indicate in square brackets the English translation of the source, if it is available in print version, or write the Armenian and Russian source in the Latin transliteration specified in the requirements (օրինակ՝ ԲԱԲԼՈՅԱՆ 1986 – Բաբլոյան, Մ. – In case of books, indicate the surname of the author(s) and the year of publication in capital letters, then, after the line, thesurname, the first letter of the name, the year in bracket, the title (in italics), the place, printing press or publishing house, the year, total number of pages (for example: ARAMYAN 1905 – Aramyan A. (1905), Aram, S. Peterburg, Pushkinyan press 90):

– In case of book chapters, conference papers, or report theses, indicate the surname of the author(s) and the year, then a line, followed by the surname of the author(s) and the first letter of the name, the year in bracket, the title of the chapter (in italics), the title of the book, the volume (if available), the place, the publisher, the year, total number of pages, then in brackets the pages of the chapter HOVHANNISYAN 2009 – Hovhannisyan N.(2009), The Eastern Asian Directions of Armenian Oriental Studies, Eastern Asian Studies, vol. 1, Yerevan, Institute of History of NAS RA, 162 (5-21).

– In case of articles, indicate the author's surname and the year of publication in capital letters, then after the line, the surname, the first letter of the name, the year in bracket, the title, the full name of the periodical (publication) (in italics), place in bracket, year, volume, issue, month-date (if available), pages (for example: (MELKONYAN 2015 – Melkonyan, N. (2015), The Features of Public Relations on the Internet or PR 2.0. Journal of Sociology, Bulletin of Yerevan University, (Yerevan), 3(18), 14–20). - In case of electronic materials, indicate the author in capital letters (if known), the year, indicate the last name of the author after the line, the first letter of the name, the year in bracket, date of posting of material, title (italics), source name, link, date of last access (for example, VOSKANYAN, SH. – Voskanyan, Sh. – In case of archival materials, indicate the name of the archive, the fund, the list, the file, the newspaper.
