A child should be taught to use the library from an early age, because in this case, the it is more likely that he will continue to use the library in the future. The process of organizing children's reading is an interconnected chain of actions. It takes care and attention to get it right.
In this research, we will look at the programs and measures related to and contributing to the promotion of children's reading in the changing and developing world, as well as the importance of international cooperation, on the experience of the Khnko Aper National Children's Library.
