In this article, a topic that is almost absent in the Armenian reality in various professional fields, namely emotional or professional burnout, has been addressed. Emphasizing the lack of professional literature on emotional burnout in the library sector, the article is one of the first attempts to address the analy sis of a very narrow professional topic. The results of the survey were analyzed and the statistical data of the survey were presented through applications.
The study was carried out on the basis of both primary and secondary sources, using literature, scientific articles and electronic sources, which made it possible to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of the problems in a combined way.
