Abstract

Dear Reader

We are pleased to present to your attention the second issue of 2025 of the Newsletter of the Armenian Library Association, in which the articles are organized under the following sections: “Theory and Practice,” “21st-Century Library,” “Regional and Community Libraries,” “Cultural Heritage,” “Armenian Library Association,” “Libraries of Educational Institutions,” and “Partnerships.”

We hope that the current issue, which presents sectoral research, analytical studies, and discussions of practical experience, will contribute to the expansion of knowledge among library professionals. The issue aims to highlight current trends, innovative approaches, and strategic directions for the development of the field. The presented materials may serve as a foundation for further research, professional analysis, and educational processes, fostering the effective organization of library environments and supporting the development of both the Armenian and international library communities.
